Blog Post #6. Internship 2018 // Week Four

My project is going awesome. I've had more than enough time to complete it and the results are great. Some challenges that I have faced are, creative block. Thinking of new ideas all the time to make this new training system more creative and more useful has been hard in the sense of always thinking of new ideas. I have learned that breaks here and there have helped my creative flow and helped my project to have a better outcome. To make sure my project is one hundred percent finished and flawless, i'm going to revise every detail and test it on a couple volunteers. This way we can really see if this new training is useful or not before having it as a final product.

From the work and my project of revising gallery facilitators training, future employees will have a better understanding of what work needs to be done and how they will help out the business in general. By updating and creation a more reliable intake system, new gallery facilitators will have a chance to make the Science Fleet Center to stand out from other museums. Our main goal is to give a experience that you wont forget, and by training our workers that are out on the floor and representing our museum in general it is very important that said gallery facilitators know what they are doing and are good at it.

Social interactions are always happening here at the Fleet. Not only do we go out on the floor and interact and help out visitors. But, other Fleet employees are always communicating and checking up to see how your day and your work is going. Some areas of work in the museum are a little isolated, but overall everyone loves to chat and loves to help out and see how things are going. also, every morning some of the fleet employees gather in the from before opening to share new things that are happening at the fleet and do a little HOORAY! This social environment really helps in the creative part of work and helps develop a fun work space.
